Avalon House Tariffs

Our Charges:

• Avalon Retreat: $100 per night (including GST). We can accommodate an additional one or two small children on special request at an additional $20 per person. Normally sleeps two persons
• Avalon Rest : $140 per night (including GST). Additional adults $20 per person. Each child is $10 extra (babies free). This is designed as family accommodation with a main queen bedroom, a second bedroom with queen bed in a loft and two single beds below. The lounge also has a queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to eight; six without sofa bed.

Both Avalon Retreat and Avalon Rest attract a discount for each booking of 10% per night (approximately) for bookings of five nights or more.

Deposit: A deposit of fifty per cent of the full cost of the booking is required before accommodation can be confirmed. .

Other Conditions: Accommodation at both Avalon Retreat and Avalon Rest are smoke free; quiet well controlled pets are welcome at both accommodation facilities (please inquire for conditions). Check in at 2 pm and out at 10 am (negotiable).

Payment: We prefer payment by direct credit to our bank account. Credit card facilities are available. Cash and cheque can be accepted.

Booking In Time: After 2:00pm.
Check Out Time: Before 10:00am.
